TroyStudio Acoustic Wall Panels, made up of high quality polyester fiber, is perfect broadband sound absorber and ideal sound proof padding for spaces like music studio, conference room, home studio, vocal booth, baby room, kindergarten, concert hall, etc. It is designed to trap reverberation, eliminate echo reflections, and block noise. It can also be put underneath a soundbar/subwoofer or inside speaker cabinets to improve sound quality.

As a porous sound absorbing material, it contains lots of pores, channels, and voids connected to the outside air.

When sound hits it, air flow would be caused in the pores/channels/voids. Then sound energy is lost to heat through friction between the vibrating air molecules and the walls of the pores/channels/voids.

Its can reach 0.77 for average absorption coefficient and 0.87 for NRC, making it an excellent sound absorption supplement for sound diffusers, bass traps, mass loaded vinyl, etc.
