A: Since the solar panel is light-sensor, just cover the solar panel or put the solar panel upside down.

Q: Can these trampoline lights outdoor be connected?

A: No, one solar panel’s power can only serve one string light.

Q: Why I can’t charge the solar panel?

A: Make sure the solar panel switch is “ON” for charging and operating the lights. The LED solar string lights for outside won’t charge with the switch in off position. ( Need some force to press the button of switch and you will hear a clicking sound, and the indicator light will illuminate. )

Q: Why is the indicator light of the solar panel not lit when I charge with USB?

A: The indicator light does not light up when USB charges the solar panel and it will only light up when the solar is charged. Only timed USB charging for 5 hours.

Q: Why my remotes are not working?

A: Remove the transparent insulator out at the bottom of remotes before use, press the switch “ON” on the solar panel. Please aim at the solar panel when using
