Work out with confidence and strength. These Premium D-Handle Single Resistance Bands are Professional Grade, made from 100% natural latex. The Premium D-Shaped Handles provide a firm, confident grip needed for each repetition.
Adjustable Length D-Handle Resistance Band
Bands are 66″ long and are adjustable in length. To adjust the length, set your band to your desired length, then insert the ball into the slot. Pull the band to set the plug in place.
Available in Five (5) Color-Coded Resistance Levels:
Level 1 = Yellow band (2-4 lbs)
Level 2 = Green band (6-8 lbs)
Level 3 = Red band (10-12 lbs)
Level 4 = Blue band (15-20 lbs)
Level 5 = Black band (25-30 lbs)
Extra Large Heavy Duty Door Anchor – Included
Each band comes with an Extra Large Heavy Duty Door Anchor to increase the number of exercises that can be performed. The Boss Fitness Products Door Anchor is made with thick heavy duty nylon webbing. The Door Anchor Stopper is large and soft, built to protect doors from scratching and denting. The Door Anchor Loop is made with additional neoprene padding to help preserve your resistance bands from damage.
